By using the BytesChunk website, the free tools or any paid product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

The free tools are provided at no cost, with no account, and with no usage limit for ordinary personal or professional use. You may use their output commercially without attribution.

You may not attempt to scrape, mirror or resell the tools as your own service, or use automated traffic that degrades the site for others.

Paid products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload third-party systems, to send unlawful or malicious payloads, or to store content you have no right to hold.

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Prices are shown before you confirm, and any change to them applies from your next renewal, never mid-period.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

You keep all rights to the data you send through the paid products. We use it only to operate the service for you, and we do not use it to train models or share it with third parties.

We work to keep the service running and to give notice before planned maintenance, but the service is provided as-is and without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

The monitoring products are a diagnostic aid, not a safety system. Do not rely on them as the only safeguard for anything critical.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

You may close your account at any time. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. On termination your data is deleted according to the privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the products change. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
